In 1995, Prompt and Professional Janitorial Services commonly referred to as P&P Janitorial Services was founded by Mr Errol T. Powe, (President/CEO). The company was incorporated the following year. We are MBE certified by the City of Chicago, Cook County and the State of Illinois. We provide the services listed below:

Janitorial Maintenance: This service is provided on a contractual basis to medium and large companies throughout the Chicago and Metropolitan area. We provide building maintenance for Restaurants, Hotel high rises, Construction companies, The Park District, Chicago Housing Authority, The Office of Emergency Communication and Schools.

Carpet Cleaning: This service is provided on a contractual basis to medium and large companies throuhout the Chicago and Metropolitan area. We have provided services to over 2000 residences and the private sector. Our client list includes: Snaps restaurant, Local Grand restaurant, 65th street Grove Apartments and Chicago Housing (Occupancy).

Upholstery Cleaning: This service is also provided on a contractual basis to medium and large companies throughout the Chicago and Metropolitan area. We are familiar with all aspects of upholstery care. We also provide services to the private sector.
